You will become part of a dynamic and international environment with highly motivated and experienced colleagues.About the jobAt SEB Corporate Finance, you will experience how advisory services are handled at the highest professional level. Your tasks will include:· Information gathering and processing for company, industry and market analyses· Corporate valuations and financial analyses· Preparation of company presentations, board presentations, investor materials, etc.· Participation in the execution of live M&A and ECM projects· Interaction with other SEB teams as well as external stakeholdersThe role is based in Copenhagen, but frequent interactions with international colleagues during e.g., cross-border transactions should be expected.Who are you?As part of our entrepreneurial mindset, we cherish ambition. The candidate must be fluent in Danish and English, both written and orally.
