WE HIRING FOR A COMMIS CHEF TO WORK AT OUR DOCK 84 RESTAURANT!O’Hehirs is a well-established, family run business in food and bakery based in Sligo with a chain of shops spanning Sligo, Donegal, Mayo, Galway, Longford, and Westmeath.We are looking for a Commis Chef with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working at our busy restaurant Dock 84 in Sligo Town. Working hours will include both weekdays and weekends, but there are no evening shifts.This is position that will suit an organised and energetic individual who is highly motivated and looking for the opportunity to learn from experienced chefs. There will be great opportunities to progress with our businesses for the right candidate.You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a busy restaurant environment.The successful candidates will be required to be fully flexible and available to work different shift patterns. (Day time hours, across 7 days).Essential Requirements:Minimum 1 years’ experienceValid Work Permit for Ireland.Good organisational skills are a must with a logical approach.Excellent standard of English both verbal and written.
