Start Date: As soon as possibleA highly selective, employee-owned consultancy based in Oslo is seeking experienced Fullstack .NET or Java/Kotlin consultants to join their growing team. The company emphasises a kind and collaborative culture, where technical excellence and good communication go hand in hand.What You’ll Be DoingYou will contribute to long-term projects in both the public and private sectors, applying your development expertise across the stack. As consultants are client-facing, communication skills and the ability to perform well in project interviews are essential.Requirements*5+ years of professional software development experience
*Strong skills in .NET or Java/Kotlin, with experience in modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
*Cloud exposure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is beneficial
*Prior consulting experience preferred
*Experience in public sector or large Norwegian private sector companies is an advantage
*Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
*Fluent in both Norwegian and English
