Make it your story.This position reports toDivision Advanced Manufacturing Engineering ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and support our digitalization initiative. In this role, you will configure, maintain, and optimize the Manufacturing Digitalization Platform (MDP) by accurately modeling and implementing processes, products, and resources aligned with business requirements in the platform. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, in addition you’ll be performing hands-on configuration of our digital platform based on business and production process requirements ensuring system configurations deliver operational effectiveness and superior user experience. The work model for the role is: hybrid ; #LI-Hybrid The role is contributing to the IEC LV Motors division in globally. The location of the role will be Finland (Vaasa), India (Faridabad, Bangalore) or China (Shanghai). Willingness to travel is required (up to 20%). You will be mainly accountable for: • Process & Workflow Management: Defining, maintaining, and optimizing detailed process steps, workflows, product structures, and documentation within the MES/MDP system. • Scalable System Development: Ensuring consistency and scalability of core digital platform elements while translating complex business requirements into effective MES solutions. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with analytics specialists, automation experts, developers, and process leads to create robust and future-proof solutions. • Training & Operational Stability: Developing training materials, conduct training sessions, and proactively addressing operational disruptions while adapting systems to evolving needs.Qualifications for the role

  • 5+ years of experience in functional analysis, business modeling, or MES/ERP system configuration within manufacturing environments.
  • Proven experience with MES platforms or similar digital manufacturing solutions, including functional design, system configuration, and data modeling is an advantage.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Lean/ Six Sigma belt is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional teams in complex organizations.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Fluent English language skills.
