If you are passionate about process transformation and thrive in a cross-functional, agile environment, this is your chance to drive impact at a global level.A high-impact, global role in a collaborative, forward-thinking teamOwnership of process design and continuous improvement in a fast-evolving spaceOpportunities to work cross-functionally with top-tier stakeholders across Network Design, Operations, Tech, and CommercialA strong focus on learning, development, and growthYou will work closely with both business and tech teams, helping to shape smarter, scalable routing solutions that deliver real value across commercial, operational, and network design functions.You will have a strong background in Change Management and Process Review and Re-engineering. You’ll be mapping AS IS and TO BE processes, identifying potential gaps and duplication and driving efficient changes to processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the go-to expert for routing processes (MePC, Integrated Routing, ReRouter)Lead end-to-end process design, mapping, risk assessment, and control frameworksBuild and maintain process documentation (L4 & L5 SOPs), define KPIs, and track performanceTranslate business and compliance needs into practical process solutionsGather and translate user insights into business requirements (BRDs)Support implementation through change management and stakeholder engagementApply Agile/Lean principles to align process design with business goalsBenchmark best practices and drive continuous improvementPrimary Stakeholders (Internal)ONP – Network ManagersNetwork Design & Execution TeamsOF – Ocean FulfillmentBEP and L&S PlatformsArea Delivery Teams (Countries and GSC)Skill SetStrong process management background (tools like ARIS, familiarity with MePC, Integrated Routing & ReRouter)Deep understanding of global logistics and supply chain processesExperience in logistics, operations, or network delivery roles is highly desirable (but not mandatory)Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plusCore CompetenciesMaster Process design & solution mindsetResult driven and with strong logical and analytical capacityProactive ownership and delivery focusExcellent communication and stakeholder managementA passion for driving improvement and innovationAbility to work across cultures and influence across regions#LI-hybrid#LI-CH1Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
