Creating a world where we all have more time with the people we love.That’s what makes us Roche.The OpportunityAs a GBPS Transparency & Financial Sustainability Reporting you will be part of the Business Process Management Transparency & Financial Sustainability Reporting function in RSS BPM Finance. Reporting to the TFSR Chapter Lead, you will be responsible for the business reporting processes in the area of transparency reporting in your specified focus area. You will play a crucial role in the continuous global harmonization, standardization, improvement and automation of the transparency reporting processes. You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders from affiliates, local and global Finance, Compliance, Legal, IT and other functions both divisionally & cross divisionally.Actively pursue the implementation of the Business Process Management (BPM) strategy, according to guardrails set by the GBPO (Global Business Process Owner) and GBPMs (Global Business Process Managers)Work closely with GBPMs, the GBPS network and stakeholders to design and implement E2E transparency reporting processes that are fit for purpose and in alignment with the BPM strategy and GBPM guidanceSupport the design of the end-to-end transparency reporting process (definition of methodological rules, data collection, validation, corrections and reporting) aiming at process harmonization and full compliance to regulatory requirements (e.g. EFPIA, Sunshine Act and similar local regulations)Deliver global and cross divisional solutions to enable processes, laws and regulations compliance as well as analytics for own dedicated area, in line with the E2E BPM strategy and guardrails, with support of the GBPMDeliver lean cross-divisional processes and solutions, with maximum standardization and harmonization for her/his areas of responsibility within the E2E process, with support of the GBPMPrioritize and implement change requests in line with the E2E BPM area strategyMonitor adherence to standard processes and design and implement actions to improve process complianceDrive efficiencies and improvements across E2E network, RSS Operations and affiliates by considering external market insights and best practicesWho You AreBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field, 5 – 7 years professional experience in Finance, Business Process Management or related fieldExpertise in Transparency Reporting and respective laws and regulations (EFPIA, Sunshine Act, Medtech, etc)Strong technical competencies in SAP FI/CO, Procurement, Transparency Laws and RegulationsProven methodological skills e.g. BPM, Six Sigma (DMAIC), agile ways of working (Scrum), continuous improvement (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen)Experience in working in multicultural teams, organizational and project management skills, especially in matrix structures, considering/balancing interests of senior stakeholders from different functionsAdvanced influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teamsGood change management and conflict management skills and experienceBusiness fluency in EnglishIn exchange we provide you withDevelopment opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
