How You´ll Make Your MarkYour main tasks in this role are:
- Collaborating within the Global Business Services (GBS) team as part of the HR service tower to enhance the GBS organization and deliver substantial value for ALDI worldwide
- Supporting the implementation of innovative HR solutions, driving efficiency and progress across the service tower
- Leading and supporting project management activities to ensure the seamless rollout of new opportunities
- Analyzing and developing business cases, with a focus on evaluating the financial impact of new initiatives
- Overseeing vendor service delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards and monitoring performance against SLAs and KPIs
- Proactively managing risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted HR service delivery
- Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with operational and strategic goals
Your ProfileThe requirements of the role include:
- A degree in HR, business administration, economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in HR, project management, or controlling, ideally within an international consultancy context
- Proven expertise in project and risk management, including mitigation strategies
- Strong skills in vendor management, particularly monitoring service delivery and evaluating performance against SLAs and KPIs
- Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in advanced Excel; skills in PowerPoint, Jira and ServiceNow (SNOW) are advantageous
- Fluency in English (German is a plus)
- Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced setting
