How you’ll make your markYour main tasks in this role are:
- As a Project Management Expert, you will work within the newly established Global Business Services (GBS) team as part of the Implementation team to facilitate the further development of the GBS organisation and drive significant value creation for ALDI SOUTH GROUP globally
- In your role, you will support the implementation of new shared service opportunities across multiple service towers (for example, Finance, Buying), facilitating innovation and efficiency
- This includes supporting project management for the rollout of new shared service opportunities
- Your responsibilities include managing risks, issues, and mitigation strategies related to implementation projects
- In addition, you will create compelling presentations for international management discussions and offer project updates as well as status reports to various stakeholders
Your profileThe requirements of the role include:
- You have completed studies in the field of Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related subjects
- You possess minimum 3 years of work experience in Finance, Project Management, or IT, preferably in the context of an international consultancy
- You bring specialized experience in project and risk management, as well as in developing mitigation plans
- You are self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently with a high degree of initiative
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail is a matter of course to you
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multinational and cross-functional environment sets you apart
- You are fluent in English, proficiency in German is an advantage
- You are willing to travel internationally (approximately 3 weeks a year) and embrace a fast-paced, evolving environment
- You have a desire to be part of a growing team, with the opportunity to influence the future of the different GBS service towers
