• Design and implement generative AI solutions to address business challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into GenAI solutions
• Utilize various frameworks and tools
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in GenAI, exploring new technologies and methodologies
• Contribute to the research and development of GenAI frameworks to be widely used
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience using large language models (LLMs) and other GenAI technologies
• Experience in GenAI projects, with knowledge in areas such as NLP, computer vision, or content generation
• Experience in prompt engineering
• Experience in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) – Parsing methods, VectorDB, Retrieve Methods, etc…
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Experience with Open Source GenAI platforms as HuggingFace or Simillar (Nice-to-have)
• Experience in evaluation platforms techniques, such as LLMs-as-Judges or frameworks as Ragas / LLMOps principles (Nice-to-have)

WE ALSO VALUE

• Experience in the “AI Services Stack” of at least 1 Cloud Provider (Azure, Databricks, GCP)
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, SmolAgents, or similar
