Welcome to tb.lx – we are building sustainable transportation solutions in a hybrid work setup. Join us – we are looking for you!As a GenAI Engineer, with full stack experience, you will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying sophisticated AI components and integrating them into different projects. You’ll be part of our GenAI department, which involves tackling challenges like building robust backend and frontend solutions, while also incorporating feedback from business stakeholders and end-users that will enhance our solutions’ functionality and usability, with an end goal of transitioning them into a production-ready state. You’ll also be responsible for extracting and analyzing business insights, to suggest improvements for digital tools once they’re running.You’ll be deeply involved in integrating AI-driven functionalities using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph within Azure Cloud services, incorporating backend components such as AzureWebApps, Azure OpenAI, PostgresDB, and Azure Search AI, and developing frontend interfaces using React.js or the Python framework Chainlit. Additionally, you’ll also contribute to evaluating Large Language Models (LLMs), implementing solutions for logging and monitoring, using tools like Langfuse, and establishing safeguards for secure, responsible AI usage using frameworks like LLM Guard.In this role, you will focus on building end-to-end solutions that balance technical excellence with business priorities. You will develop an application that empowers business-critical stakeholders (the targeted end-users of the solution) to drive smarter decision-making and impactful outcomes. Your engineering expertise will guide the team in adopting best practices, creating easy to maintain, efficient codebases, and delivering scalable solutions.On a day-to-day basis, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, helping them to maintain high coding standards and best practices, documenting decisions, monitoring configurations, and LLM guard implementations.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field;
• Experience in full- stack development with an emphasis on AI-driven applications;
• Experience working with LLMs and robust backend systems;
• A strong proficiency in Python and related AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph;
• A strong understanding of Langfuse for LLM logging and monitoring;

• Experience with implementing AI safety measures, using frameworks like LLM Guard;
• Experience with Azure Cloud services, particularly Azure OpenAI, PostgresDB, and Azure Search AI;
• Expertise in frontend development using the Chainlit framework and/or React.js;
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture;
• Experience in database management using PostgresDB;
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Experience with version control systems such as Git;
• Familiarity with other cutting-edge monitoring and evaluation tools for LLMs;
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes;
• An understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices;
• Knowledge of agile frameworks, or an understanding of software development life cycle models, as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and best practices.
