Hartley People Recruitment are currently seeking a General Operative to join their client’s team. This role is based in Waterford, where the client is looking to strengthen their team. The General Operative will assist with the production, packaging, and quality control of products. The role requires maintaining high safety, cleanliness, and efficiency standards in a food production environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production and packaging machinery.
• Keep the workspace clean and organised.
• Monitor product quality to meet standards.
• Assist with labelling, packaging, and dispatch.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in food production is an advantage.
• Have the ability to demonstrate knife skills. However, this is not essential.
