Our support is available online Monday-Friday.As an International Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:Managing the full recruitment process, from planning and job posting to screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up.Collaborating with sales and delivery managers to understand weekly hiring needs.Guiding candidates throughout the hiring journey, including post-hire support to ensure they settle in well.Developing creative ways to find and attract new talent.Responding to candidate inquiries and providing relevant information.Your Qualifications:Native German speaker with strong English skills (B2).Experience in sales or recruitment is preferred but not required.International work or remote experience is a plus.Time spent living abroad is a major advantage.Proficiency in using social media for recruitment purposes.Familiarity with the culture and mindset of the countries and languages you’ll be working with.Note: Please be aware that we continuously review applications and hire as needed.
