Technical Support Associate | Galway City | German Speakers | Ideal for Juniors & GraduatesSalary :€35,200 per year, with additional benefits to be discussed.OverviewOur client is a multinational company in the medical devices and healthcare sector, based in Galway, Ireland. They are looking for a German-speaking Technical Support Associate. The successful candidate will report to the EMEA/APAC Technical Support Team Lead in a fast-paced Technical Support department.Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolve customer issues across the product range by asking targeted questions.
• Document complaints and inquiries according to company guidelines.
• Communicate investigation outcomes to customers via phone and in writing.
• Manage and prioritize group mailboxes to ensure timely responses.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints within KPI targets for individuals, team, and company.
• Identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain and share product expertise within the Technical Support team.

Requirements

• 3rd Level Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline (preferred: Science, Biomedical, Medical Transcription, Healthcare, Nursing, Engineering) – desirable, not essential.
• Call center or administrative experience also accepted.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Desirable: Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical/clinical environment or a customer-facing support role, capable of handling technical complaints professionally.
