Provide support for IT infrastructure and application-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring technical problems through direct interaction with end users (via phone, email, chat, or web interface).
Offer advanced first-line troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate Level 2 teams.
Use remote support tools to assist users and ensure quality service in line with agreed SLAs.
Handle and document all requests in the ticketing system in English while communicating in German (or other supported language).
Own the incident or request throughout its lifecycle, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
Support end users on desktop applications, devices, and basic infrastructure topics.
Perform user account management tasks (e.g. password resets, account unlocks) as required.

A high school diploma.
German on a business level (working/support language).
English on a communication level (for interviews, training, and internal communication).
Prior experience in the IT field as a Service Desk Analyst.
