Job DescriptionThe Global Chapter Lead for Digital Delivery Automation will lead a team of Software Developers and Digital Project Execution Administrators (System Administrators) focusing on automating workflows, processes, and data management of CAD3D and 2D Drawing oriented software. This leadership role extends across various product teams (Pods) and interfaces directly with market-driven initiatives to ensure alignment of technical and business strategies.The Global Chapter Lead will develop talent, forge academic partnerships, while crafting a clear technical vision, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices. Additionally, the Global Chapter lead takes on the role of a Product Owner (Pod Lead) in specific Pods, facilitating end-to-end delivery of Pods to deliver high value to Ramboll’s business units.WHAT YOU WILL DO * Ramboll Tech strategy involvement:
