Job DescriptionThe Chapter Lead for Full-Stack Engineering Products Chapter will lead a team of Full-Stack developers focused on Engineering products across multiple product teams (Pods) within Ramboll Tech in collaboration with the markets. This role is crucial in driving technological advancements across Ramboll’s Engineering Products, which encompasses design, simulation, analytics, and data management within engineering fields such as civil, structural, environmental, and transport. This leadership role extends across different Pods and interfaces directly with market-driven initiatives to ensure alignment of technical and business strategies.The Global Chapter Lead will develop talent, forge academic partnerships, while crafting a clear technical vision, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices. Additionally, the Global Chapter Lead takes on the role of a Product Owner (Pod Lead) for specific Pods, facilitating end-to-end delivery of Pods to deliver high value to Ramboll’s business units.WHAT YOU WILL DO * Ramboll Tech strategy involvement:
