You’ll be responsible for building and driving category strategies, managing key supplier relationships, and leading a team of Category Managers / Specialists across sites. You’ll be part of our Global Procurement team, joining a dedicated procurement organization during an exciting period of transformation. As we strengthen our strategies and global processes, your role will be central to this evolution. You’ll work closely with colleagues in both Copenhagen and Budapest, helping to ensure our global approach is aligned, scalable, and value-driven. This is a rare opportunity to drive impact across Xellia’s indirect procurement landscape. You’ll be responsible for global sourcing strategy and execution across a wide range of categories, leading cross-functional collaboration and supplier engagement to ensure efficiency, compliance, and performance.Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies across assigned indirect categories
• Lead contract negotiations and supplier relationship management
• Manage and mentor a global team of procurement professionals, ensuring alignment and performance
• Drive cost optimization and value creation across indirect spend
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to secure business alignment and category impact
• Monitor supply risk and market trends to inform proactive decision-making.

We’re looking for an experienced procurement leader with a strong track record within indirect procurement in a global organization. You’re a strategic thinker who can connect the dots, influence stakeholders, and lead across borders. You bring a collaborative mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for driving results in a regulated environment.You likely bring

• A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement within pharma or a related industry
• Experience in category management and strategic sourcing
• Solid stakeholder and supplier management skills
• Understanding of procurement systems and policy compliance (GxP knowledge is a plus)
• Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively across cultures and sites
