We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Global Information Security Analyst.As a Global Information Security Analyst, you will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating cross-functionally to incorporate security best practices into project lifecycles and operations. You will deliver trainings, guidance and coaching to improve security awareness and compliance across the company. You will apply a risk-based approach to security, guiding teams in addressing potential security risks and implementing effective controls. Your expertise will be crucial in providing technical risk insights on securing IT and OT environments.Your Impact:

• Support, Collaborate, and Innovate: Assist global initiatives and operations, integrating security best practices into projects, networking across teams, and proactively supporting the development of processes and ways of working.
• Risk Management: Analyze and assess risks, providing insights on securing IT and OT environments, and recommending solutions for systematic issues.
• Compliance and Standards: Support translating external requirements to our Statement of Applicability (SoA) for both Information and Cyber Security in our end-products and recommend and support the organization in implementing a risk-based approach to drive toward compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Advise stakeholders on the importance of security, enabling teams with guidance and expertise.
• Training and Awareness: Deliver trainings, guidance, and coaching to improve security awareness and compliance across the company.

Your background:We are looking for you who are a talented Information & Cyber Security individual with a global mindset and the capacity to drive change and can prioritize and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines. We value your mindset and soft skills for this role, and we expect that you have:

• Passion for Information Security: 3-5 years of experience in Information Security or IT Security best practices and frameworks, technical cyber security, and understanding of OT Security, Manufacturing Product Security (IoT), and Risk methodology.
• Teamwork and Communication: You are a team player, an excellent communicator, and someone who enjoys working with others to achieve common goals by using your strong skills in collaboration and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Attitude: A pragmatic, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a high-paced, global environment.
• Framework Experience: Familiarity with frameworks like ISO 2700x, NIST, TISAX, ISO21434, IEC62443, COBIT, COSO.
• Certifications: Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, or similar.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
