Our team shares a dynamic and supportive environment focused on setting new standards for operational excellence and fostering career development.Your missionAs the Global Sales & Operations Planning Manager, you will manage the global demand and S&OP processes within the division, shaping and implementing innovative strategies across all regions. You will oversee the entire parts lifecycle management, driving process improvements to effectively balance supply and demand. Collaborating closely with key functions such as Production, Customer Centers, Marketing, and Regional Supply Chain teams, you will establish and manage the S&OP activities to secure the successful execution, integration, and adoption of demand planning processes throughout the organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the process owner for S&OP and demand planning.
- Chair S&OP forums to ensure effective collaboration across divisional teams.
- Oversee global rollout and alignment of demand planning initiatives.
- Streamline actions and standardize practices across divisions, to balance supply and demand, optimizing forecasting.
- Facilitate and ensure the timely execution of supply and production planning reviews with our factories, converting unconstrained demand into feasible production plans.
- Manage lifecycle processes, including product phase-in and phase-out.
- Support and develop the planning team to achieve inventory and availability targets.
Your profileWe are looking for a committed S&OP professional who excels in change management and process development. You are a great communicator with a talent for collaboration across functions and cultures. Your organized and analytical approach enables you to drive continuous improvement and optimize best practices in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.To succeed in the role, we believe you have a university degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Economics/Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with solid experience in planning and forecasting in a global setting. You bring genuine commitment and expertise in Sales & Operations Planning and end-to-end supply chain processes, along with a passion for people management and team development. Experience in the consumable business within Epiroc or similar industries is a plus.Location and travelThis position is located in Fagersta, Sweden.
