Global Communication: Engage with customers worldwide and collaborate seamlessly with Metso factories globally.
Rapid Solutions: Swiftly address machine-related queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder Engagement: Respond promptly to inquiries from various stakeholders, showcasing your expertise.
Ownership: Taking ownership of order coordination and actively developing processes
and the way of workingWho You AreEducation and Experience: A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering, coupled with a few years of international supply chain experience, including order management and customer service. Experience with SAP highly appreciated
Industry Insight: Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly valued.
Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Finnish; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
