Take your next step to an altogether life-changing career.Learn about the which makes everything possible.The Global Product Manager Lab resins within Discovery & Medical for Cytiva is responsible for leading cross-functional teams on the journey to successfully launch new products by developing selling propositions, pricing tactics, customer support, business plans, and sales support. You will be responsible for developing a multi-year product roadmap, plan for future positioning, growth, and evolution of product including price, margin, and discontinuations. • Manage a Lab chromatography resin portfolio focused on purification of bio-molecules. Mainly focused on small scale purification addressing Lab scale purification and Process Development
• Develop and deliver frequent product trainings for sales representatives with key messaging, liaised with internal and external stakeholders and key accounts, conduct customer visits and deliver external presentations
• Collaborate with regional marketing and use market research to ensure voice of customer and market is incorporated into global portfolio strategy and identifying industry trends and customer requirements

• Drive and define the next generation products in close collaboration with R&D
• Responsible for pricing, marketing and customers related activities

Who you

• B.Sc. or higher in a Science or Business area of biologic molecules
• Previous experience with Product Management, with ability to work with key stakeholders at different levels
• Previous experience from the Life Science industry and protein research area (preferably lab chromatography)
• Ability to travel world-wide app. 10% of the time
• Fluent in English (writing as well as verbal communication)
• Valid Swedish work permi

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Commercial and Marketing experience
• Experience working in a global matrix environment
• Presentation skills and working collaboratively within teams would be considered an asset
• Flexibility, ability and willingness to adapt to new situations on short notice at times
• Ability to interact with both experts and generalists in the; Scientific, Marketing, Manufacturing and Commercial space
