As part of the Smith+Nephew Group, a global medical technology leader with over 18,000 employees, we’re poised for exponential growth.We’re seeking a dynamic Global Product Manager Robotics & Computer Assisted SurgeryMission: As Global Product Manager, you’ll lead product lifecycle management and drive entry into new medical segments, including Dental, Spine, and Orthopedics. Your role involves strategizing product development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and identifying market opportunities to expand Atracsys’ innovative portfolio in the medical device industry.What will you be doing?Conduct in-depth research on Oral Healthcare, Spinal Surgery, Neurosurgery, Orthopaedics as well as Augmented Reality (AR) markets to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities.Analyze competitive landscapes and develop strategies for differentiation and market entry.Coordinate with engineering, marketing, sales, and regulatory teams to align product development with business goals.Foster partnerships with stakeholders to support innovation and market penetration.Define product requirements based on customer feedback and market trends.Develop launch plans for new products in targeted medical segments.Create product positioning and messaging that resonates with healthcare professionals.Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to commercialization, including design, prototyping, testing, and post-market surveillance.Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485:2016, and other regulatory standards throughout the lifecycle.Track product performance metrics post-launch to drive continuous improvement.Implement feedback loops for iterative product enhancements.What will you need to be successful?Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.5+ years of experience in medical device product management or a similar role.Strong analytical skills with experience in market research for medical device and or healthcare products.Exceptional leadership and communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration.This role is ideal for a strategic thinker passionate about advancing medical technology while ensuring compliance and quality across the entire product lifecycle.Fluency in English and French, with high-level communication skillsWe offer:A pivotal role in an innovative & international companyState-of-the-art infrastructure and career advancement opportunitiesChance to significantly impact the medical technology landscape Competitive compensation package with attractive benefitsWork/life balance: 25 days of vacation, mental health program and an additional day of vacation each year for volunteering (Volunteer Day)A collaborative, high-performance team environment#LI-ML1Stay connected and receive alerts for jobs like this by joining our .We’re more than just a company – we’re a community!
