We help businesses grow faster, operate efficiently and transform in a dynamic market.Find more information about us on our page:Learn more about Arrow:What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?You will be responsible for developing, managing, and creating the relationship between the organization and suppliers and customersDrive the development and execution of strategy and business development and go -to-market plans.You ensure execution to sales growth plans by coordinating the execution of initiatives and establishing relationship with key stakeholders across geographiesDrives results through demand identification and demand creation opportunitiesStakeholder management—Leads stakeholder management sessions and keeps various management abreast of business dynamics by maintaining open lines of communicationCollaborate with the sales team, across geos to understand business trending and forecast and consolidate input to managementProvides market intelligence and competitive watch ; evaluates, develops, and manages market specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.Closely work with marketing team to manage releases to customers, promotions and advertising.Monitor the deployment of marketing and go-to-market actions against set KPI’sEnsure the sales and technical teams across geos are enabled with the go-to-market strategyThis job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan.
