Your responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of the global CRM transformation, aligning with commercial goals and customer

engagement strategies * Partner with Sales, Service, and Marketing leadership to define requirements and ensure delivery of tangible businessvalue * Translate strategic objectives into clear project roadmaps with defined milestones and KPIs

• Serve as the key interface between business stakeholders and implementation partners, ensuring alignment and

accountability * Drive stakeholder engagement and lead change management efforts to ensure adoption and long-term success

• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report opportunities to executive sponsors
• Ensure process harmonization and system usability remain central to decision-making

Your qualifications:

• Proven experience leading business-driven CRM transformations across multiple countries
• Strong understanding of commercial processes and how CRM supports Sales, Service, and Marketing effectiveness
• Skilled in stakeholder management, with experience engaging at both executive and operational levels
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Familiarity with Veeva CRM in life sciences or MedTech settings
• Understanding of D365 ERP or comparable business systems
• Proficient in project delivery using structured methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (around 40%)
