As a Global Rewards Analyst, you will support thedesign, implementation, and administration of the company’s global compensationand benefits programs. Reporting to the Global Rewards Manager, you will assistin maintaining competitive, equitable, and strategically aligned rewardstructures across all international locations.Your responsibilities will include conducting marketanalyses, supporting job evaluations, assisting with the administration ofAnnual Incentive Plans (AIP) and Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIP), and ensuringcompliance with local regulations and company policies. You will collaboratewith HR teams, regional managers, and external consultants to enhance globalreward strategies, providing data-driven insights to support decision-makingand continuous improvement.Responsibilities
As a Global Rewards Analyst,you will support the development, execution, and administration of thecompany’s global compensation and benefits programs. Your main tasks andresponsibilities will include:– Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the global remuneration benchmarking system (currently Mercer).
– Conducting market research and benchmarking analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures.
– Supporting the design and administration of salary structures, incentive plans (AIP, LTIP), and other recognition programs.
– Ensuring compliance with local compensation laws and regulations across different regions.
-Assisting in the development and administration of global benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other employee benefits.
– Supporting global mobility programs, including expat packages and insurance administration.
– Continuously improving existing benefits programs based on employee feedback, market trends, and efficiency evaluations.
– Collaborating with HR teams and managers to align performance management with compensation and rewards strategies.
– Providing analytical support and insights to enhance global and regional collaboration within the rewards function.As this is a newly establishedrole within our organization, we encourage the incumbent to contribute toshaping the position for greater business impact. The Global Rewards Analyst may be required to work outside of regular business hours to accommodate different time zones.About you
To be successful in the role you need:– Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a background in a global position or multinational company.
– Strong knowledge of global compensation, benefits practices and Mercer methodology, including regulatory requirements and market trends.
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
– Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
