Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionAs a global touchpoint Owner for e-Dealer and retail online manager you are continuously enhancing the online presence and performance of our offerings on the retail environment. You ensure that all marketing initiatives are effectively communicated across all retailer online touchpoints. You enable the organization to harness the latest trends in digital marketing and dealer engagement strategies.Your tasks:► Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of online retail touchpoints to drive optimal effectiveness and dealer engagement.► Research and implement innovative technologies to digitalize the online retail business such as CommerceConnector, digital Shelf, bazaarvoice.► Create and distribute e-commerce content to ensure a strong and consistent brand presence.► Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing content and derive actions to optimize.► Analyze market trends and customer behaviour to prepare strategic decisions and raise online performance.► Collaborate closely with external agencies and international internal stakeholders.Qualifications► A bachelor degree in online marketing, business science or a related field with over 3 years of experience in B2C business► Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or online retail management► Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and digital marketing trends► Analytical mindset with experience in performance measurement and optimization► Knowledge of photoshop, indesign, HTML, Similarweb, bazaarvoice, digital shelf being a plus► Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams► Self-motivated, structured, and a collaborative team player► Fluent in EnglishAdditional InformationGet to know our #LikeABosch benefits.We would like to help you GROW, so we offer you:
