We want to make sure our people reflect the communities across the world we help travel.The group’s headquarters is in Chiasso, Switzerland, with offices in major European cities such as London, Madrid, Berlin and Paris.Job DescriptionJetcost is looking for a Google Ads Specialist for its Metasearch team in Chiasso (Switzerland).The ideal candidate is reliable with strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach. He/She will play a key role in the performance marketing team, becoming part of the squad in charge of all the paid traffic channels.Key Responsibilities
- Managing and improving search campaign performance on platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360
- Analyzing marketing campaign data to measure performance and identify areas for optimization, including creating reports and presentations to share findings with the team and other stakeholders.
- Identify innovative solutions to enhance growth and performance while effectively addressing and resolving any campaigns performance issues.
QualificationsEssential
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proven performance marketing experience (at least 2 years)
- Basic knowledge with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Good with one or more bid management tools (Google Ads, etc)
- Strong analytical approach and results-driven mindset
- Ability to interpret and analyse large amounts of complex data from multiple sources
- Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced, and dynamic working environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
Desirable
- Experience working in a metasearch / travel company
- Degree in maths, ecommerce or digital marketing
