We are searching for a motivated colleague, who will make an impact and participate in sustainable business development while shaping the future of MOL Group’s !Be part of MOL Group’s implementation, join a team of dedicated professionals who drive the company to the next decade!We are looking for aMaintenance Demand Manager – Static mechanicwho will prepare and communicate the quantity and quality of demand for maintenance in case of mechanic related (mechanic, NDT, valves, heat exchanger, etc), critical, high cost categories throughout MOL Group. Support the category strategy creation, revision and advocate the work of relevant stakeholders (category managers, SSC, buyers) so that demand is covered with such contracted partners. Act as business contact point towards vendors and ensure the proper two-way relationship.Place of work: Budapest / Tiszaújváros / Százhalombatta / BratislavaThe main responsibilities:

  • HSE – visible and felt safety leadership and fulfilment of all HSE aspects in maintenance operations. Support process safety initiatives and execute regular safety visits.
  • Be the professional owner of a given category group for all production sites. Understand and support the management of both the existing and the foreseeable challenges both from capacity and from capability perspective. Strive for standardization and provide best practice and knowledge sharing across the sites, businesses.
  • Together with procurement and SSC create, check and if needed revise the category strategies ensuring that the demand is continuously covered with quality contracted partners in the required quantity in the given category group.
  • Gather knowledge and information on the recent professional trends as well as regularly check the performance of vendors during the execution of works.
  • Continuously keep contact with the numerous users of category strategies and advocate them to follow the category strategies. Next to the category manager, be the local focal point in case of the category and support closing the gaps between the envisioned category strategy and the real work execution.
  • Keep the business users informed on any change of the category strategies and educate them by any means. Support the dispute process between users and vendors.
  • Participate in periodical performance reviews of vendors based on own experience, collected feedback from users and management tools (eg. Celonis). Ensure proper PDCA cycle if necessary.
  • Taking part in performance management environment development and ensure transparent data and their proper utilization.
  • Active participation in the negotiations with the partners for yearly unit prices and whenever necessary for concrete works’/scopes’ quotations.

Requirements:

  • University or college degree in mechanics or electrics
  • At least 5 years professional experience in maintenance performance management
  • Technical and maintenance process knowledge
  • Experience in covering a key role in major Performance management activity at a production site
  • Ability to learn internal and group processes, instructions and guidelines
  • Flexibility and ability to find out-of-the-box Solutions
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Be a down-to-earth and cooperative team member
  • Ethical skills and good psycho-physical conditions
  • At least intermediate English knowledge
  • User level of Windows and Microsoft
  • Category B driver’s license
