Grade VI, Complaints Manager

The post holder will have responsibility for responding to, monitoring and managing service user feedback (comments, compliments and complaints). The Complaints Manager will present reports to senior management within the organisational structure, ensuring that we learn from feedback, and take action to improve our services for our patients and our community/ public.CVS will not be accepted.
