We have a colourful team who are famous for their imagination, delivery, passion for technology and moSprist importantly, their pride in delivery.Role overview:As a Graduate Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping organisations get the most from Microsoft 365. You’ll work with enterprise clients to design smart solutions, support digital change initiatives, and create engaging communications that help employees adopt new tools with confidence. This will be a Manchester-based graduate role starting in September 2025.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and gather business requirementsSupport the rollout of Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, SharePoint, Viva, and CopilotHelp design and deliver tailored solutions that enhance collaboration and productivityCreate engaging communication campaigns and training materials to support user adoptionApply change management approaches (e.g. ADKAR) to guide people through transitionsStay on top of the latest Microsoft 365 features, tools, and trendsWork closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and consultantsAbout the candidate:A 2:1 degree – this could be in business, IT, computer science, communications, marketing or a creative subjectA strong interest in technology and how it can improve the way people workClear and confident communication skills – written, visual, and verbalA creative thinker who enjoys solving problems and thinking from the user’s perspectiveA collaborative, can-do attitude and willingness to learnAny experience in tech, consultancy, change, communications or design is a bonusReply is an Equal Opportunities Employer and committed to embracing diversity in the workplace.
