The Data Minds Career Program is a 20-month international journey designed to fast-track recent graduates into exciting careers within Stibo Systems. Through three rotations (including one abroad), you’ll gain hands-on experience, a global mindset, and a powerful professional network.You’ll join with other graduates, be assigned a mentor and buddy (a former graduate!), and follow a development path focused on both personal and professional growth. From day one, you’ll be solving real business challenges and shaping the future of data management.Track: DeliveryThis track is designed for graduates with a technical mindset who are curious about how complex systems work and enjoy solving technical challenges. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys both the technical and the collaborative side of technology — someone who can explain complex things in a simple way and thrives in a dynamic environment.During your three rotations, you’ll explore these areas:Rotation 1: Application Support (Denmark)
Join our Global Support team, where you’ll help monitor customer accounts, manage incidents, and communicate technical solutions in a clear and user-friendly way. You’ll also learn how SLAs are defined and presented to customers.Rotation 2: SaaS Services (Denmark)
Support our technical migration project teams by participating in client transitions to our SaaS platform. This includes database setup, data migration, and technical solution configuration.Rotation 3: Technical Project Manager (Atlanta)
