Graduate Marketing Executive
Location: Ramsgate, Kent
Salary: £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, learn from industry experts, and help shape a growing brand’s future.What you’ll be doing
With a focus on customer attraction and onboarding, you’ll take a targeted, data-driven approach to marketing and growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Managing digital marketing efforts across multiple channels to attract new customersConducting bottom-up forecasting and setting performance targetsUsing data insights from the internal data warehouse to inform strategyExecuting omnichannel, segmented test-and-learn campaignsMonitoring and analysing performance metrics such as CR%, CPA, AOV, and trafficCollaborating with the retention team on strategy, insight sharing, and new opportunitiesSupporting SEO efforts, including optimised article deployment (training provided)Learning and using tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta and Google Ads (training provided)Applying basic finance principles and understanding how marketing ties into P&LBalancing short-term performance with long-term strategic growthPlease note: This is not a creative or graphic design role – visual assets will be provided to you.What we’re looking forPrevious experience in digital marketing and data analytics is essentialStrong analytical skills and confidence working with Microsoft ExcelA clear understanding of confirmation bias and data validityA driven, motivated individual with a proactive mindsetComfortable with problem-solving and learning from mistakesSomeone who enjoys helping others and wants their work to make a differenceA full UK driving licence and access to your own transport (due to the location of the role)What’s on offer£30,000 per annum, depending on experience20 days holiday plus bank holidaysBirthday and Christmas offTrade bank holidays for extra annual leaveShare options available after 12 monthsHybrid working option available after 3 monthsOpportunities for career progression and personal developmentIf you’re ready to be part of a purpose-driven company that values insight, action, and innovation, we’d love to hear from you.About Morgan Jones
