At Nexi, we are committed to delivering simple, effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction in everything we do.This program is designed to develop young professionals through close collaboration with senior leaders and HR. Together, we’ll set clear goals, monitor your progress, and support your personal and professional development throughout the program.You will spend a year in the SME Sales department, gaining hands-on experience with our customer base and market dynamics. After that, whether you’re drawn to strategy, marketing, finance, IT, project management, business development, or sales – the opportunities are there for the right candidates.While your primary collaboration will be with colleagues across the Norwegian organization, you’ll also have opportunities to engage with teams across the Nordics and Europe. We’ll support your growth-and if you’re ready to rise, Nexi will rise with you.What we’re looking for: To thrive in this role, you’ll need a solid academic foundation with a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, as well as a strong personal drive. You should be eager to take initiative, lead conversations, and move sales processes forward. Proactive and constructive collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential.About Your Future Role

  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored payment solutions
  • Integrating smoothly into the organization
  • Quickly learning our tools, systems, and processes
  • Conducting behavioral analyses and closing merchant sales

We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value:Essential Qualifications:

  • An academic degree within business, marketing or communication
  • Some previous work experience is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Good presentation and visualization skills
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
  • An able user of Word, Power Point, Excel and other standard software
  • Well-organized self-starter with a hands-on approach to work
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
