Graduate Water Resource Engineer/AnalystWe are seeking to recruit a Graduate Engineer or Analyst into our team. The primary responsibilities of the successful candidate will include hydrological assessment, hydraulic modelling of river systems, preparation of Flood Risk Assessment reports, design of foul drainage systems, Nature based drainage solutions and SuDS design.Applications are invited from candidates that have either recently graduated or have a few years of previous work experience and are looking to further develop their careers. The successful candidate will have a level 8 BE degree (honours bachelor’s degree) or higher in civil/environmental engineering) or a level 8 BSc (honours bachelor’s degree) or higher in earth and oceans sciences, have good inter-personal skills and be willing to work in a team on a number of projects.Preference given to candidates with a background in hydrology or hydraulic modelling software such as HEC-RAS or Flood Modeller Pro and other engineering software such as Micro Drainage, AutoCAD and ArcGIS/MapInfo/QGIS.In return we will provide, a friendly co-operative workplace with a low hierarchical management structure, mentoring programme for career advancement, a competitive remuneration package, and flexible working arrangements from our main office in Carlow or our office in Newry.CV’s should be emailed to –
