As a Grid Specialist in our Finnish Technical and Commercial Management (TCM) team, you will ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of our grid-connected assets, supporting both project execution and long-term asset management.About OX2 TCMOX2 TCM is one of the largest renewable energy asset managers in Europe, with a track record of more than 15 years and Technical and Commercial Management contracts for 5,8 GW of renewable energy assets. Our technology portfolio today consists of onshore wind, solar and battery storage solutions.What you will doYou will focus on four key areas:

• Power System Management – Support construction projects regarding HSE coordination, WTG grid and SCADA interface, grid code compliance process and quality control

• Electrical Safety – Own safety procedures and documentation, act as Electrical Operations Manager when applicable.

• TSO & DSO Coordination – Serve as the key contact, manage relationships with grid stakeholders and operational planning.

• Grid Code Compliance – Ensure operational assets meet grid code requirements, guide project teams towards compliance.

You will also support:

• Grid Asset Management – Lead development initiatives, support service innovation, and improve internal processes.

• Grid O&M – Manage O&M partners, procurement of services, and follow up on performance.

Who you areWe believe you have a structured and collaborative mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach. To succeed in this role, you likely have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field such as TSO, DSO, Grid O&M, Consultancy or Wind turbine manufacturer

• Electrical qualification S1 or sufficient competence to apply for the qualification

• Knowledge of Finnish electrical regulations and safety standards.

• Strong communication and coordination skills for successful collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

• Leadership abilities to project manage high-quality delivery

• Good language proficiency in English
