The company is in an exciting growth phase with a strong focus on developing product portfolios and supplier strategies on a global scale – where you will play a key role!About the RoleAs Group Category Manager at Boxon, you are responsible for driving and developing product portfolios and optimizing supplier strategies. You’ll collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners across several countries. The role involves balancing innovative product development with cost-effective and sustainable supplier management – always with a focus on business impact. You report to the Group Procurement Director and are part of a professional and committed organization working towards shared goals.Main Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Boxon’s global and local product portfolios
• Develop and implement category strategies and activity plans, including knowledge-building through supplier training programs, pricing strategies etc. This also includes developing tailored training initiatives for both the sales organization and suppliers, adapted to the needs of each local market as well as the global level
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Ensure that suppliers meet quality, sustainability, and compliance standards
• Lead pricing negotiations and manage supplier contracts
• Identify risks and possibilities related to product development and supply chain
• Collaborate cross-functional with global teams as well as fellow Category Managers and local teams

We´re looking for someone who

• At least 5 years of experience in Category Management, Product Management, or Supplier Management – preferably within B2B and an international context. Alternatively, strong experience in FIBC/Big Bags – from sales, procurement, production, or logistics
• Proven experience in developing product offerings, categories, and sourcing strategies – including supplier selection and logistics flows
• A university degree in Procurement, Logistics, Marketing, Sales, or other related field
• Solid understanding of product development processes, negotiations, project management, analytics, and Excel
• Fluent English (C1-level) – additional languages are a plus
• A structured and proactive approach, with a strong ability to deliver results in complex environments

It’s beneficial if you have

• Experience with materials used in the packaging industry
• Previous work with FIBC solutions
• Global market knowledge and international business insights
