Group Compliance Expert f/m/xAre you passionate about compliance and ready to make a real impact on a global scale? As a Group Compliance Expert f/m/x, you will work closely with the Group Senior Compliance Manager to monitor, evaluate, and enhance our Compliance Management System. You’ll help ensure our policies and processes are both effective and accurate, while supporting local compliance teams in achieving their goals. • Execute and manage key Group compliance tools, including Privacy Nexus, Gifts and Hospitality, Donations and Sponsorship, BPC tool, and learning platforms (LRN, Articulate)
• Implement compliance activities related to embargos, financial sanctions, anti-money laundering, and counter-terrorism financing
• Developing content, trainings, managing the Compliance site and support the delivery of compliance training
• Raise awareness and support project implementation for compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with local compliance officers and act as a first point of contact where needed, supporting communication between local teams and the Senior Compliance Manager
• Contact person for compliance topics and inquiries both internally for our employees from all over the world as well as for external partners
• Support in monitoring, evaluating, and developing compliance management systems, processes, and procedures, including the preparation of independent reports for the Compliance Department
• Assist in implementing the data protection program, ensuring GDPR-compliant data processing, and establishing control mechanisms

What we expect:

• University degree in law, business ethics, economics or comparable studies
• More than 4 years of professional experience
• Advanced understanding of integrity and compliance management systems and compliance legal requirements
• Project management skills
• Advanced fluent English (oral and in writing), good command of other languages would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office package and other software solutions
• Independent, proactive, assertive and solution-oriented way of working
• Diligence and detail orientation, analytical skills
• Adapting to quickly changing priorities
