Here, you’ll be gaining skills in people processes, systems and the methodologies we use to manage them (resources, costs, risks – just to name a few) that will get you ready to manage the end-to-end delivery of People projects.What you’ll do

• Be an integral part of the team who deliver People projects and processes, creating and implementing innovative solutions that align with Vodafone’s goals.
• Administer, co-ordinate and support the implementation of projects within a HR function.
• Drive and monitor quality and consistency through best practice, defined processes and methodologies that are aligned to Vodafone’s ways of working.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, displaying effective communication to reach the desired outcomes.
• You’ll have a chance to work with other markets in a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on improving how we work, future planning and process simplification.
