You will lead complex projects centered around the Guidewire platform, collaborating with international teams to ensure implementation that meets business objectives. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact projects in the insurance and technology sectors.Your Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and oversee the progress of projects involving the Guidewire suite (incl. customization of the Claim Center and Policy Center application);
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and propose suitable technical solutions;
• Work in an Agile Scrum environment, ensuring coordination between functional and technical teams;
• Manager client relationships and ensure clear communication at every project stage;
• Liaise between the client and software development teams across different geographies, on a global delivery model.

Your Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in project management (PMP or similar certifications are a strong asset), and previous experience in business analysis: A deep understanding of Guidewire, and more specifically of the Claims & Policy Management processes is needed;
• Strong technical acumen and ability to liaise with technical teams;
• Expertise in Agile methodology (Scrum);
• Proven track record in client-facing roles;
• Ability to work with distributed teams across different time zones;
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a strong plus.
