Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Create and serve expertly crafted cocktails and beverages
• Manage stock control and ordering processes
• Contribute to menu and drinks list development
• Maintain high standards of presentation and customer service

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a 5* or Michelin Star venue
• Skilled cocktail bartender with strong wine and spirit knowledge
• Confident managing stock and leading team development
• Ambitious, passionate about hospitality, with a friendly and professional personality
