Job Description:About your roleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Occupational Health Nurse to lead our team of occupational health nurses at our Espoo and Turku units. This role involves overseeing the delivery of occupational health services, ensuring high standards of care, and contributing to the strategic development of our health and well-being programs.As a Head Occupational Health Nurse, you will perform a variety of occupational health tasks, which include practical occupational health care duties as well as administrative and coordination tasks related to occupational health. You will lead occupational health nurses, a receptionist, and a nurse. This is a full-time position based in Espoo or Turku, and you will report to Head of Occupational Health Care Unit.At Orion’s occupational health service, 11 professionals work at the Espoo and Turku units: 3 occupational health physicians, 5 occupational health nurses, an occupational physiotherapist, a nurse, and a receptionist. They provide services to approximately 2200 Orion employees. Occupational health is integrated into the operational functions of the Orion People & Culture unit.Your key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage occupational health care duties.
  • Lead and support a team of occupational health nurses, a nurse, and a receptionist.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies.

Ideally, you will have strong, comprehensive expertise in occupational health and well-being issues, along with supervisory experience. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, as well as a development-oriented approach, are essential.
