We look for colleagues who Care, Dare and Deliver.Head of Business Controlling & Finance Development, FFSHuhtamaki’s Fiber Foodservice segment is currently looking to hire a Head of Business Controlling & Finance Development. This is a key role that is responsible for reporting on new business performance and leading finance development initiatives across the FFS business segment.Part of the FFS segment finance leadership team, as well as New Business leadership team, this role requires strong finance business partnering capabilities. The role also works closely with group functions, global process owners and ERP project teams. As head of Finance Development the positions works across the segment with local finance leads.Reporting into the VP Finance, FFS, the successful candidate should be based in Finland (Espoo) – preference, or in Spain (Nules), Netherlands (Leeuwarden or Franeker), UK (Gosport) or Poland (Czeladz).Key Responsibilities:Lead the monthly performance management process towards segment and regionsCoordinate the strategic planning and budget planning process for the New Business, ensure robust targets/KPIs and objectives are in place.Provide timely accurate and relevant financial information to the key business users and decision makers that assist them in optimizing performance and results.Lead business controlling development agenda execution for FS EAODevelop and monitor capital expenditure budgeting considering project cost, approvals, financing costs, cash flow and return on investment.Provide timely, accurate and insightful financial reporting and analysis in line with Group reporting requirements.Work closely with group and segment teams to define, support and drive finance transformation agendaCoordinate preparation and performance follow-up of our commercial plansMonitor and support operational performanceExperience & Qualifications:Relevant working experience of +10 years in Finance roles, preferably from manufacturing industry in a global environmentUniversity degree in Finance or Business Administration, or equivalentStrong orientation to strategic thinking and developmentUnderstanding the business logic and performance management of international businessGood collaboration and interpersonal skillsMotivated and structured approach to work: familiarity with all common business support tools (IT)Analytical and creative approach to the development and implementation of new ideas and conceptsStrong communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate to all business and finance stakeholdersChange Management experienceStrong leadership skills and experienceProfessional proficiency in EnglishAbility to travelWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?This is an exciting opportunity to drive business performance and make a significant impact on the Fiber Foodservice EAO segment.
