In the position as Head of Cloud and Platform Engineering, you will be key in making strategy for the area and ensuring how we enable platforms that elevate the developer experience.More specifically, you will be: * Leading and optimizing the overall Cloud and Platform engineering strategy which is aligned it with the organization’s goals and objectives

• An anchor of steering groups, and leading dialogues with other departments and stakeholders
• Ensuring the platform adoption and feature implementation is cost effective and on-time
• Cooperating closely with Architects and software development teams to convert our infrastructure and CI/CD processes to match scaling, security, and compliance requirements
• Promoting a collaborative and innovative team culture, fostering growth and development for each team member
• Ensuring adherence to internal security policies and regulatory compliance while deploying digital tools and platforms
• Ensuring good and consistent service delivery from our vendor(s) in alignment with our strategy
• Managing budgets for staff, infrastructure and tools across the group

With direct reference to our Head of Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure and Platforms, you will lead a dedicated team of 7 colleagues. The team is highly specialized in tasks that contributes to Kamstrup’s digital transformation journey by utilizing the strengths of DevOps (using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, GitHub Enterprise, and other CNCF-related tools), CI/CD, micro-services approach and tooling like GitLab/GitOps, Terraform, Kubernetes, Data Platform.Did you know? We are looking for a proactive leader who brings a blend of visionary thinking and technical expertise, ensuring your team is aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. You are an adaptable leader who thrives in dynamic environments, navigating complexity with decisiveness and clarity. Known for your collaborative and empathetic approach, you foster a culture of trust, teamwork, and mutual support, inspiring your team to deliver excellence..In order to succeed, we imagine that you: * Have minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT leadership, particularly within software development or cloud and platform operations

• Have knowledge about cloud native development and corresponding services as well as architecture design patterns
• Have the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively with various departments
• Are a motivating leader who is known for your excellent communication and problem-solving skills
