This is an extraordinary opportunity to lead the Commercial agenda alongside strategic customers and buying groups within your team. If you’re looking for a leadership role that significantly impacts business outcomes, this position is for you!Responsibilities Include:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Key Account and Field Sales Managers.
• Achieving set financial targets and execution standards.
• Developing channel strategies and creating robust customer plans to unlock growth opportunities.
• Build & foster strong relationships with customers, external & internal partners.
• Implementing an externally focused channel strategy.
• Contributing as a member of the BxN Leadership Team.

About You

• 7+ years in commercial functions within Consumer Goods.
• Direct people management experience is advantageous.
• Previous experience working with Danish retailers/buying groups is highly preferred.
• Training or significant exposure to negotiations and Joint Business Planning (JBP) conversations.
• Fluent in Danish & English.
