Job Description:Customer Engagement Private Banking is a newly established organisationThe Customer Engagement Private Banking unit is a newly established unit within Personal Customers in Danske Bank. As the new head, you will be responsible for establishing and developing a cross-functional team that will handle the central planning and execution of the commercial agenda to meet Private Banking P&L targets, balancing growth and pricing to optimize long-term profitability. This role involves tactical and operational steering of segment-specific strategies to ensure a coherent customer experience, moving away from product-centric to a holistic understanding of customer needs.The newly established unit is an integral part to the broader Insights & Engagement organization within the Personal Customers business unit. The Insights & Engagement unit is responsible for customer insights, commercial excellence, commercial partnerships and sustainability efforts for personal customers in Danske Bank.The RoleAs the Head of Customer Engagement for Private Banking, you will play a central role in strengthening our commercial agenda and value chain for Private Banking customers. You will work closely with market unit leaders to boost relevance and engagement for both existing and new customers. As the head of a cross-functional team, you will coordinate efforts and establish shared goals across the value chain and balance a Private Banking agenda with the commercial teams of Denmark, Sweden and Finland, converting commercial priorities into actionable initiatives and ensuring their successful delivery while managing key dependencies between these teams to meet commercial targets.
