• Inspire and develop your team through strong and motivating leadership
• Ensure the best sales support for our international sales offices
• Monitor customer satisfaction and continuously optimize our service
• Analyze and optimize customer service processes
• Implement AI-driven solutions such as chatbots, AI agents, and automated email responses
• Be hands-on in customer service when needed

Our Ideal CandidateYou have either worked as a customer service leader or have experience with digital customer service and are ready for the next step in your career.To succeed in this role, you must have experience with digital process optimization using AI and be motivated to create the best customer satisfaction.We imagine that you:
