We are looking for a dynamic Head of Development to lead our major gifts fundraising strategy. Working closely with the Director of Development, you will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, drive donor engagement, and oversee Rugby’s giving societies and stewardship programmes—including support for The Arnold Foundation.This role offers flexible working and will require travel within the UK, including evening and weekend commitments.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to secure major gifts
  • Build and manage strong relationships with high-net-worth donors
  • Lead Rugby’s giving societies and provide excellent donor stewardship
  • Work closely with the Rugbeian Community and Rugbeian Society teams
  • Support donor engagement through bespoke events and activities
