This role places you at the center of our east-european operations, where you’ll manage and optimize collection and delivery of goods to ensure top-tier service level to our international clientele.This role is based in Budapest.TasksKey Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily transport orders to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate carrier selection and maintain effective relationships with transport partners.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in freight forwarding.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols across all operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Maintain and improve service levels to exceed customer expectations.
• Leverage technology to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive initiatives to optimize competitiveness and reduce operational costs.

RequirementsYou are an effective communicator with the ability to interact professionally at all levels. You are well-organized, customer-focused, and a talented communicator.Requirements:

• +5 years experience in freight forwarding (haulage)
• Proven leadership skills and team management
• Network within the road transportation industry.
• Proficiency in Hungarian and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Knowledge and awareness of Health & Safety regulations (advantageous).
