This function covers business processes and activities related to Hygiene Projects and Systems, Deviation management and GMP room cleaning for the Biologics assets at Visp.Key responsibilities:Lead and develop a dedicated team of leaders with skilled technical experts and committed executional staffEnsure development and site wide implementation of improvement and harmonization projects related to material and personnel transfer as well as room cleaningSupport assets during qualification in the coordination of activities related to the aboveContinuously strive for efficiency, digitalization and excellence and expand the scope of services provided to the supported functionsFurther strengthen and develop the team to support change management and thorough and timely investigation of deviationsEnsure smooth less execution of daily operational activities with feedback loops to our internal stakeholdersKey requirements:PhD or MSc in Life SciencesOver 5 years of experience in GMP environment with a strong understanding of Annex 1 and Annex 2Leadership experienceAbility to work in a matrix organization and strong negotiation skillsFluent in English and intermediate in GermanEvery day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
