We’re looking for a Head of Group Accounting – someone who not only knows their way around a balance sheet but also understands that finance is about driving performance and shaping strategy, not just closing the books.You will report to the CFO, and the place of work will be Oslo.What You’ll Be Owning:

• leading and developing the accounting team, ensuring we stay compliant, efficient, and ahead of the curve
• ensure smooth operations across monthly reporting, payroll, incoming invoices, tax & VAT reporting
• own and optimize our internal controls framework
• optimizing processes, finding efficiencies, and making sure we’re leveraging the best solutions, tools and tech
• take full responsibility for the Group’s consolidated accounts and financial reporting, including annual report, monthly reporting to Ferd and Quarterly bank reports
• keeping a pulse on financial risks, tax matters, and accounting policies – we play by the rules but always find smart ways to stay agile

Skills & Requirements:

• Masters’s degree in accounting/auditing (e.g. MRR) or finance
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience from auditing, preferably combined with operational accounting experience
• experienced leader with ability to mentor, coach, and inspire a team to perform at their best
• solid expertise in tax regulations and audit processes
• someone who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment
